SGD Security Ltd were commissioned by High Admit Projects Ltd to supply, install and commission a large intruder alarm system and ‘timed door’ access control system.
The intruder alarm system consisted of over 120 zones controlled by a grade 3 Galaxy panel (by Honeywell) with integration to the site wide CCTV via the Galaxy IP module output. The system consisted of an extensive site wide network of zone expanders to reduce cable lengths, remote keypad module and external door alarms.
SGD Security Ltd were also used to install a large ‘timed access’ control system. This system was commissioned with over 75 timer schedules to secure and release specify doors in line with the school operating times.
The creation of these schedules involved close liaison with the end user, BAM Construction, High Admit Projects and SGD Security Ltd but has proved very successful and cost effective.
